Accessibility Statement

Last updated: 18 August 2026

Flourish & Co. is committed to making its website and online store accessible to all users, including people with disabilities. This statement was prepared in accordance with the Israeli Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Law and its accessibility regulations.

Accessibility standard

The Site is built and maintained in line with the WCAG 2.2 guidelines at level AA, as far as is practicable. We work to meet the standard’s requirements, including:

Support for keyboard-only navigation.
Semantic structure and a correct heading hierarchy.
Alternative text for images that carry meaning.
Colour contrast sufficient for legibility.
Support for text enlargement and browser adjustments.
Clear labels on form fields and accessible error messages.

Support and enquiries

Despite our efforts, parts of the Site may not yet be fully accessible. If you encounter a difficulty or an accessibility problem we would be glad to help and to put it right.

Email: support@flourishandco.store
Please describe the problem, the page concerned, and the device and browser you were using.

Help with placing an order

If an accessibility barrier prevents you from completing an order independently, contact us by email and we will help you place it another way.

Updates to this statement

We continue to improve accessibility on the Site and will update this statement as changes are made and as the Site’s level of accessibility improves.
