In accordance with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law and its cancellation provisions, you are entitled to cancel a purchase transaction. This document outlines the cancellation period, cancellation fees, products that cannot be returned, and the return process.

Right of Cancellation

Cancellation period: You may cancel the transaction within 14 days from the date you receive the product or the transaction document, whichever is later.

The cancellation notice must be submitted in writing by email and must include your order number and the products you wish to return.

Once you receive our cancellation confirmation, you must return the product as described in the “Return Process” section below.

Cancellation Fees

When canceling a transaction in accordance with your right of cancellation, a cancellation fee of 5% of the transaction value or NIS 100—whichever is lower—will be deducted, subject to the provisions of the Israeli Consumer Protection Law.

The refund, less the cancellation fee, will be issued within 14 business days from the date the returned product is received.

The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Products That Cannot Be Returned

Subject to applicable law, certain products may have limited cancellation rights or may not be eligible for cancellation, including:

Products customized for you or specially ordered.
Products that have been used, removed from their original packaging, or damaged.
Hygiene products that have been opened or removed from their packaging.

If you are unsure whether a specific product is eligible for return, please contact us before sending it back.

Return Process

Send a cancellation request by email, including your order number and the products you wish to return.
Wait to receive cancellation confirmation and the return address.
Pack the product in its original packaging, including all labels and accessories.
Send the package back to us. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.
Once we receive and inspect the product, we will issue your refund within 14 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us immediately and include a photo and your order number.

In such cases, we will offer a replacement or a full refund without charging a cancellation fee, and we will cover the return shipping costs.
