Marketing Communications Policy

Flourish & Co. sends electronic marketing (email and/or SMS) only to people who have chosen to receive it. This policy explains how you subscribe, what we send, and how to unsubscribe, in accordance with the Israeli Communications Law (Telecommunications and Broadcasting), 5742-1982, and its provisions on commercial messages.

Opt-in

You join our mailing list only after giving explicit, active consent — for example by ticking a box confirming you wish to receive updates.
We do not add addresses to the mailing list automatically or without explicit consent.
You receive a confirmation message when you subscribe, and we keep a record of your consent and when it was given.

What we send

Marketing messages may include promotions, new arrivals, discounts, styling tips and seasonal updates. We aim to send at a reasonable and relevant frequency.

Opting out

You may remove your address from the mailing list at any time.
Every marketing message contains an unsubscribe link at the foot of the message; selecting it removes you automatically.
You may also email us with “unsubscribe” in the subject line, or ask us through the Site.
Unsubscribe requests are honoured as soon as possible, usually within five business days.

Sharing your details

We do not sell or transfer our mailing list to third parties for their own marketing. Subscription details are used by us alone, subject to our Privacy Policy.

Service messages to existing customers

In accordance with the law, we may send service messages — as distinct from clearly promotional ones — to existing customers regarding a transaction they have made, subject to the provisions of the law and to the option to unsubscribe.
